WebCT Unavailable November 26th 5pm to November 27th 5pm, 2009.
Please be advised that UWA's Learning Management System (WebCT) will be unavailable to both staff and students from Thursday 26th November at 5pm to Friday 27th November 2009 at 5pm. This is due to essential works being undertaken to reduce the number of passwords Staff are required to remember.
VERY IMPORTANT: From November 27th 2009, 5pm ALL UWA Staff WebCT Passwords will change to PHEME. Student and Guest Passwords are not affected.
When system availability is restored, UWA Staff will be required to login to WebCT using their UWA Staff ID (e.g. 00012345) and PHEME password. This means you must have an active PHEME account from Nov 27th in order to use WebCT.

PLEASE NOTE: From Friday 27th November at 5pm, ALL UWA Staff WebCT password resets should be undertaken within the PHEME system, and Staff WebCT login and password queries directed to the ITS Service Desk ext: 1515 or email: ithelp-its@uwa.edu.au
However, ALL Staff queries relating to administration and user support for the system should continue to be directed to the eLearning Development and Support Team ext: 8190 or email: staff-support@webct.uwa.edu.au
